the location and views
I found the air conditioning installation to be fatal. I booked an upper room to have a terrace with a view, as I usually use it in my travels, and it turns out that when I go to sit on the terrace to enjoy it, I see that there are two air conditioners on each side, besides they were working and two jets of hot air were coming out, so it was impossible to be there. One of the devices was in my room, so I had to stop the air, but what was my surprise when I saw, that the other device could not turn it off because it was in my terrace, but it was in the next room, so I could not stop it. In short, I pay more for the room to have a terrace and I can't sit on it, because I couldn't stand the hot air coming out of the air conditioners. At least I stopped mine, but then the room was hot. I explained it at the reception and very kindly they offered me another room, smaller, but with the same problem, the only thing that had only one air apparatus on the terrace and not two. So I gave up on the change.

The reception staff was very good, the beds and pillows were comfortable.
I would not recommend taking breakfast, the website does not say that it is not buffet, but when you arrive at the hotel they say that breakfast is continental, brings you a toast, coffee, orange juice, and a roll.Well, in the bakery they give you a choice between 3, a full-blown scam; well, my partner and I wanted a vienna, which on top of that, came with more tomato than ham, besides being cold, it seemed that it was on the beach and not in a good bar/restaurant because after that it did not want to take note of the bakery; it seemed that it was doing us a favor, and it seems to me that it was the other way around after almost 20 euros of breakfast. Well we talked to the reception and they solved it very well, the next day breakfast was cancelled, and we went to have breakfast in the street, I recommend "sweet alliance" the very good toasts, many pastries to choose from, we swelled for 7.50! Nothing to see!

The hotel has a great location near good shops, restaurants, tapas bars, Roquetas de Mar, the fortress. The staff is kind and nice, providing exceptional service. The twin room offers particularly good views of the city. A really nice stay overall.

the staff were very helpful and were of assistance when we needed a longer time before we left the city. the hotel was central for our needs. a taxi from the station is required as it is too far to walk with luggage. cost around 6 euros. central for eating in the streets with plenty to choose from for breakfast and other meals.

The location was excellent. I did not use any of the facilities.
The TV channels were all in Spanish. The room was quite warm and stuffy, even though I turned the air conditioning down to 16 degrees, It made no difference to the temperature. The bed seemed to have plastic sheeting beneath the sheets which was quite sweaty and uncomfortable.
